The old expression, "He never knew what hit him" comes to mind when considering the impact of a revolutionary change in the history of armaments and munitions: the transition from old-fashioned gunpowder and bullets to so-called "directed energy weapons" -- which emit invisible pulses of concentrated radiated energy instead of hot lead.
"DEW," as it's referred to by law enforcement and defense/intelligence agencies, is no longer a science fiction fantasy popularized by boyhood heroes such as Luke Skywalker, Buck Rogers and Tom Corbett. Most likely, directed energy weapons are present right now on the street where you live, in the holsters of not just law enforcement officers and government agents, but also available to public and private patrol groups -- from uniformed business district officers to plain-clothed citizen watch groups, detectives, even private security guards.
DEW range from hand-held lasers that can stun and shock or impair vision, even damage eyesight in the event of prolonged or direct exposure, to powerful military-grade devices that can fire potent beams of microwaves, x-rays, gamma rays, even sonic wave frequencies. This high-tech weaponry is said to be capable of inflicting serious damage upon its human targets, inducing disease, behavioral changes, and even death.
According to some reports on declassified government research projects, some DEW may be capable of altering human behavior by projecting frequencies, even embedded messages, directly into the brain, bypassing the auditory organs -- raising the once fantastic notion of externally administered "mind control."
Such weaponry makes possible the "perfect crime" -- the application of potentially deadly force or long-term physical or mental damage without leaving a trace of traditional forensic evidence.
Imagine how rogue elements in society, from terrorists to ideology-driven totalitarians, could use such weaponry to achieve their goals -- targeting "troublemakers," those deemed a "menace" to society, or their political enemies.
Military and spy satellites may even be capable of beaming directed energy attacks from space to Earth, in much the same manner as GPS navigation systems emanate from such satellites, according to some published reports.
Emergency room personnel already may have been confronted with injuries caused by directed energy weapons without realizing it. A person diagnosed as having had a stroke or an aneurysm could possibly have come into the radiated beam path of such weaponry -- either inadvertently, or as a target.
GOVERNMENT AGENCIES USING 'DEW' AGAINST CIVILIANS?
Some victims of so-called organized "gang stalking" and "community stalking" alleged to be supported by government-funded volunteer programs maintain they have been subject to physiological harm that they attribute to assault with directed energy weapons. Victims, they say, may never learn the true cause of their physical or psychological maladies, accepting the word of "experts" that their maladies arose due to other causes, such as the effect of medications, or exposure to toxins, chemicals, or medical procedures.
One group, Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance, is calling upon Congress to investigate DEW, electronic harassment, and organized gang/community stalking, which victims regard as state-assisted domestic terrorism.
As of now, there are few if any laws or ordinances which specifically regulate the manufacture, distribution and deployment of directed energy weaponry, although it's likely that laws concerning the use of "lethal" or "deadly" weapons would apply.
The Army recently publicized the development and impending deployment in Iraq of the euphemistically-named "Active Denial System" -- a truck-mounted microwave weapon intended to repel an aggressive mob with stinging, burning sensations to the skin, supposedly without inflicting physical damage (provided, the military said, that system operators apply the the correct limits of dosage and exposure).
But some weapons analysts have said that while officials are loathe to discuss it, the same capabilities have been miniaturized in the form of powerful hand-held weaponry -- the ray gun come to real life.
THE TARGET MAY NEVER EVEN KNOW IT: FBI
While each weapons system differs in capability and range, official literature from authoritative sources such as the FBI indicates that DEW are capable of inflicting serious physical harm, not just to the eyes but to the brain and other internal organs -- without leaving the telltale evidence associated with gunshot wounds. According to the FBI report, physical damage "can be taking place without the target even knowing that it is happening."
The FBI report focuses on the potential for mischief and misuse should these DEW fall into the hands of terrorists or criminals. It warns that even ubiquitous laser pointers could be used to disrupt aviation and to influence the outcome of athletic competition, presumably from pro sporting events to horse racing. But the report also cautions that law enforcement, military and intelligence personnel must recognize how DEW differs from traditional weaponry, and to adapt their policies accordingly.
States the report, in bureaucratic verbiage:
"Laser weapons and devices will have an immense impact on future policing activities, especially in the coming decades when they mature as systems and eventually move along the continuum from exotic to what will be considered more conventional weapons."
Translation: Law enforcers, intelligence agents and the military could be the targets of DEW themselves, and must take protective measures in the field. But as DEW become standard issue, they also must recognize the impact of DEW use -- and potential misuse -- on all human beings who may be subject to their power and authority.

Thanks for trying to get the word out! I am not, at least to my knowledge, a victim of this type of weaponry. However, I have been a target of organized stalking for 2 and 1/2 years. I do believe these weapons are being used against unconsenting subjects and this needs to stop immediately! Thanks for helping bring light to this unbelievable crime against humanity.

Thanks for the link. I hadn't seen that one. But upon reading it, the narrative sounded quite similar to an experience I had. I haven't written details of my experiences, because my immediate goal is to get the Justice Department and the FBI to force the immediate end to these barbaric and genocidal assaults.
Since writing the two stories I have posted, the heat has been turned up. Literally. This is torture, pure and simple, and it must cease immediately. I have seen vehicles with parking stickers from various agencies in my immediate vicinity. This is a multi-agency program; various powerful agencies. To call it "gang stalking" trivializes what is happening. They're just the "street muscle." The script they are following is straight from pre-war Nazi Germany. I said in an earlier note that "atrocities" were being committed in the Philadelphia suburbs. Since the "rheostat" has been turned up on me, I will again repeat the assertion: this is torture.
My semi-recovery from the stultifying effects of this only happened after I went to the FBI. They saved me. It took a couple of visits before I noticed some relenting in the intensity. So obviously, there is awareness of what is happening. Now that I have gone ultra-public, it's getting very bad again. I implore the FBI to please intervene to stop these inhumane acts.
It must stop. Immediately. This is torture in the American suburbs. The powers doing this want me to know that they can exercise total control over me, to the point where my communications are disrupted. I get few phone calls, other than "bill collectors" who don't sound like typical CSRs. I must assume that some people who have tried to contact me are not getting through. For someone with 4,500 page views, who published his email address, my email has been reduced to a trickle. I am being cut off, isolated. My colleagues in major media, the few I've talked to, sound like some people in high places must have slandered me good; from my years in the business, I have very good radar. I can smell the blacklist.
Sad thing is, I can't interview "other victims" because the way I'm being controlled and surveilled, anyone able to get through electronically by definition is someone they want to get through. That's why I've tried to meet with people in person, which in an electronically linked world is weird to most people. There's a good reason; but they can't believe this can happen in America.
As I've said here before, it can, and it is. As I've stated, I have little more to lose. This is torture in America. I have told the FBI that atrocities are being committed. I recognize the seriousness of the statement. I think they believe me, despite what they might have to say publicly, or to the media. The FBI is the only major security agency left that reports directly to the Justice Dept. There is now a nationwide militia network that's usurping local police, and I fear that the FBI can't get a handle on this.
I haven't yet written about my experiences because the entities doing this have the power to alter my posts. They could fabricate anything. This is their way to prevent me from talking, by destroying my credibility through slander, and by altering words and inserting typos, thus casting a shadow over anything I write. But I write this despite that, in the hopes that there is an least one journalist with a megaphone who will relate what is happening before this contagion spreads any further. As I've written, whole families are being destroyed, and their financial resources drained. But the immediate goal must be to raise enough awareness to make put the issue of "American torture" before the public and lawmakers before more damage is done. The risk is that there will be an attempt to marginalize me. But as that article attests, too much has come out for that to happen.
If anyone out there knows John Miller, deputy director of the FBI and former ABC newsman, I'd like to meet with him personally before our democracy becomes more of a chimera than it already is. Please help me communicate, because I can't rely on electronic communications. At least with posts like this, I can look to make sure my message is basically intact (unless they take down my message).

I know what it is like to have your name slandered and the work you love dry up. I was a social worker and subsequently black listed after I took on a case of respite care from the Alberta Child Welfare Dept in Edmonton Alberta. The young girl I took care of was ritually abused and had multiple personalities. From the moment I took on this case I was stalked and harassed and within 6 months I left the city of Edmonton and moved to Nanaimo BC. This was almost 17 years ago and the crap has never stopped.
For the past 2 years I have been a local activist for the exposure of Organized Stalking and Harassment and my activism has paid off. I was fed up with the stalkers running me off the road at high speeds and after their third attempt in less than 2 months I stood up and said "I am not going to take this anymore". I went to my local stationary story and bought vinyl letters and began to put permanent signs on my car with a link to the CATCH web site . I drove with these signs for about a year and then I discovered white poster paint. I removed all the vinyl lettered signs on my car and began to write temporary signs on my car with white poster paint. I change the signs regularly and many of the signs were directed at my perps. Because of my signs I have found 12 other targets in this area and I know of many other targets accross Canada.
For those who are brave enough to put signs on your car about this, poster paint washes off with just a rag and water. I live in a wet part of the world and I found that normal rain will NOT make the paint bleed. Also there is no damage to my paint or the windows. Sometimes I have to remove my signs because of my job, but come the weekend the signs are back on and I love to watch the perps squirm when they read them.
More targets need to stand up and do the same in any way that you can. The only way to stop this is to speak out. Knowledge is power so be knowledgeable about the topic before you speak. Search the internet, read stories and join a forum so that you can gain valuable knowledge about this and the perpetrators of the crime.
Here in Nanaimo, we have a good alternate radio called CHLY radio. November 2007 was our first appearance and then we were pleased that we were invited back in May 2008 to talk about Organized Stalking and directed energy weapons. Thank you CHLY radio.

I too was very happy to see this article. The more honest press we get the better, I think. I would be glad to keep in touch on this issue. I know someone who has a friend who was FBI, but I think unless you are very sure you can trust the person, it can be disadventageous to contact that agency.
It is so frustrating not to have someone in a position of power who can actually do something about this issue. I know some of the e-mails I have sent have not been recieved, so I sympathize with you on that point.
I can't help but feel hopeful, though, that someone will get to the right person and this torture and harrassment will end.

All I know is that I was nearly incapacitated and the DEW attacks did not decrease in severity until I went to the FBI on repeated visits. The attacks still have not stopped -- one happened just a few minutes ago as I write this -- but I have to ascribe some "cause and effect" to the visits. At the very least, my experience indicates to me that there is knowledge of this torture at the FBI... and perhaps there is a pitched battle within the bureau, and among other agencies involved in these "programs", over the methodologies being employed in the field.
Since critical mass has been achieved (too many people know what's going on for this domestic torture to continue unabated), perhaps the FBI will save the Republic once again, as the bureau did in Watergate. It does appear that elements of the bureau are involved in this... but of all the agencies involved, I think there's a greater likelihood that the FBI has the capacity to reform itself from within. As for other agencies that have promoted the use of directed energy weapons on civilians... I'm not so sure.

Again, if they had backed off the extreme measures, I probably wouldn't be so open. But now, I am reaching out as publicly as I can, because it is getting intolerable again. Read the article. Very revealing, symptoms alarmingly similar. Didn't mention "electromagnetic" radiation in the piece, but there are so many types of dangerous radiation it's hard to keep up with what's in use. Thanks again. Well written, thank you. Directed Energy Weapons are used at the moment by our national secret services to murder and steal. These new weapons have become very advanced the last decade, they can cook and burn through walls at distances up to hundreds of meters from devices mounted in houses and cars. But also zap you from easily hidden small devices carried in handbags or shopping bags. DEW are part of electronic weapons that include mind reading equipment (sub-vocal is quite easy) and equipment to put voices into your head.
Our facist Western governments cannot use bombs against their population but now have the perfect weapons of control, silent and leaving no evidence.
Probably the most horrible consequence of these weapons is that you can NOT protect yourself, your children, your loved ones anymore. You can no longer say: stay in this room, you are safe here. Attackers simply look and cook and burn through walls. Police cannot protect you, security services cannot protect you. That is why these electronic weapons must be banned!

I had trouble posting this to you and I kept getting a message that someone registered already had the same name as me and account. Interesting. Anyways, I wanted to make sure you saw this so I will post it here as well as on your third article.
This is Debbie from Nanaimo BC, Canada. Last Thursday an article made the front page of our local newspaper and it is about a man who has filed a suit for 2 Billion dollars with claims that many organizations are involved in the attacks to his body. The story does seem to make a mockery of him but it did make front page which surprised me. I responded to your message on my other article "comments" pages. Yes, I am getting the same message when I try to edit my stories, that "another user" already is logged on, or already has made changes and that "any further changes will not be saved."
I don't know if the Canada.com site that's coming up on my connection is the real site or a "spoof" site. Something about the site's design and the article itself raises some flags in someone who's been around media for many years. The story just isn't written in the manner of a pro journalist, and the layout looks amateurish for a national site. Turn on the "Spoof Alert."
In any event, I had some more to say in those other posts. Since my work seems to attract paid disinformation specialists, it is hard to separate the genuine from the agitprop. I can tell the difference most times; but maybe, not always.
The net effect is to cast doubt on anything that's read or posted. That is their goal; while my posts retain the original meaning, I have noticed some subtle wording changes. So I am monitoring to ensure the original meaning is not altered.
The fact that this tampering is patently illegal and a violation of various domestic laws as well as international treaties does not seem to deter those responsible. These people believe they are above the law, and have been getting away with their disregard for the Constitution. But I retain hope that the "good people are the inside" are taking steps to curb their decidedly "un-American" activity.
As for the mainstream media, so far they are AWOL. That could be because my communications have been disrupted. Or it could be because they've been intimidated, lied to, or simply because they prefer to do the easy stories that don't make "official" waves.

I responded to an earlier post you had made. Twenty years... judging from what I have experienced, I would think you'd have been long gone by now.
Since many of the posts to my articles exhibit hints of disinformation, it is difficult to judge the credibility of the responses. The story I know in detail is mine, just as you say you know what has been done to you. I will tell you that in my case, the assaults have NOT been been limited to radiation-emitting instruments. Our food and water have tasted foul for prolonged periods, and I believe that may have led to long-term damage. Also, I believe strongly that agents of ill will have infiltrated doctor's offices and hospitals and that I have been adversely affected as a result. I fear that family members have been similarly affected.
This is not just torture; it is slow genocide of those who have been subject to these cruel, inhumane actions, some of it the work of extremists and criminals who have achieved "cover" as members of volunteer groups, some government-funded.
Only a Congressional investigation -- or a groundswell by the "good people on the inside" -- could begin to get to the bottom of this, because it's long-standing, widespread, and those who dare to expose the reality of this situation risk being silenced by the application of extreme measures.
I fear for the safety of my family and for my own safety as well. I am not receiving many email and I believe what I am receiving is in the form of "directed" messages. I have yet to receive more than a couple of recent email from people I know personally -- and I find it hard to believe that none of my past associates has seen these posts.
So again, those of you who know me personally -- including my former colleagues in the media -- please try to email me at scrivener50@verizon.net. I will then try to confirm your message by other than internet-based communications.
Also, I have tried by various means to contact my congressman, Patrick Murphy. I have not been able to get through. If anyone reading this could forward a message to the Congressman, I would appreciate it.

Perhaps someone could email her the link to the "D.E.W." story. Then maybe she will put 2 and 2 together...
In the NPR world, civilized societies do not "fry" or "radiate" or sonicly "blast" their own. Oh, that I wish it were true...

I have experienced much the same as the posters of this blog except I know the police know what is happening and the fact of some of the electronic weapons are not covered. But other than that these accounts are very accurate, especially the poisoning and drugging.

Yes, "they" know. It couldn't exist if they didn't. "They" consists of multiple levels.
Interesting that the stalking activity subsided somewhat in the wake of a visit to the county seat.
Now it's picking up again. And the DEW assaults continue to degrade my health and vision.
I repeat for anyone in Washington who is listening: THIS IS TORTURE. PLEASE INTERVENE.
This is as bad a crime against humanity as you'll find, only they are killing and inducing illness with RADIATION weapons ("directed energy" sounds too benign), so there's not the blood of Darfur.
You tell the victims the difference.
The site you pulled the link from touts the notion that this is the work of a "criminal" element. That is true on the "street", but some of the "criminals" may be in the wrong places. Only public awareness on the NATIONAL level can cure this neo-fascism. Our food and water has been tainted, as I mentioned, our indoor air has been "polluted", our car entered and tampered with, and the DEW attacks continue.
While I can post, it is not without difficulty. My newer computers were disabled, and this old "clamshell" is subject to slowdowns and inoperative functions that make even the simplest project a chore. But that pales in comparison to the constant torture.
Just look at the sadistic posts here; the good people on the inside saved me from what was incapacitation... but I can't get the care I need because these evil people are everywhere I go, whether it's to a store or to a hospital or doctor. PLEASE... I can't get through to anyone... please help get the national ACLU involved. Please contact FBI Deputy Director John Miller and ask him to read my posts and to do what he can, because Americans are being tortured -- entire families. The rule of law has broken down and the general public has no idea how bad it is -- and that it's likely happening in THEIR neighborhood, too. Have we gotten to the point of believing that if it hasn't happened to me, it doesn't happen? I have given an accurate account here; please help those of us who are being victimized and our communications circumscribed and censored. This is getting out because they think no one is believing this. Please help prove them wrong. The FBI saved the nation once before from the excesses and abuses of power. THE FBI MUST SAVE THE RULE OF LAW AGAIN. Please help us. I speak for untold thousands of other Americans who may be as incapacitated as I was for four long years.

The temptation to call the FBI at first has appeal. But, I usually take a second breath before placing that call. Consider the problem that the FBI has with regard to the sorting out of "who is who" and "what is what".
They have a "chicken and egg" situation that perhaps puts them in a bad position if they falsely accuse another person based upon any random persons (meaning yours or mine) assertions. What they need is proof for "probable cause". We want them to follow the rules in this way! What if the situation were reversed, and we were accused!
If we give them some vague complaint about an unknown transient person, identified only by a license number, or there are no suspects and no accusations against any particular identifiable person, they are unlikely to act. Probably for a very good reason, because they get calls from cranks all of the time.
I once did call the FBI, because a person who was gang-stalking me made threats to me (in private, no witnesses). No witnesses is a big problem for the FBI. They interviewed the guy, and of course he denied everything. It became a "his word against my word" sort of thing, and basically everybody had to back down.
Unfortunately, organized fascist-backed stalkers in this country have figured out how to make these kinds of details play to their advantage, every time. The only witnesses are other stalkers, one hundred percent of the time.
So, I don't call the FBI anymore. If I did, I would soon be found on one of their "crank", "don't bother with this one" lists.
They need those kinds of lists, because I'm sure they could never get anything done without them.
So I'd love to call them, and relay the message for you, but I think we would both just end up on the "crank" list. It's not a pleasant thing, but I think that we will all have to fine tune our own methodologies for fighting this fascist-beast-stalking thing. Maybe there is something we can do as a group, except that with our geographical separation, I'm not sure what that "something" is.
By the way, you asked for a "test" email and so I sent one. Hopefully it got through to you. If not, then I guess your suspicions about tampering are true.

The old expression, "He never knew what hit him" comes to mind when considering the impact of a revolutionary change in the history of armaments and munitions: the transition from old-fashioned gunpowder and bullets to so-called "directed energy weapons" -- which emit invisible pulses of concentrated radiated energy instead of hot lead.
"DEW," as it's referred to by law enforcement and defense/intelligence agencies, is no longer a science fiction fantasy popularized by boyhood heroes such as Luke Skywalker, Buck Rogers and Tom Corbett. Most likely, directed energy weapons are present right now on the street where you live, in the holsters of not just law enforcement officers and government agents, but also available to public and private patrol groups -- from uniformed business district officers to plain-clothed citizen watch groups, detectives, even private security guards.
DEW range from hand-held lasers that can stun and shock or impair vision, even damage eyesight in the event of prolonged or direct exposure, to powerful military-grade devices that can fire potent beams of microwaves, x-rays, gamma rays, even sonic wave frequencies. This high-tech weaponry is said to be capable of inflicting serious damage upon its human targets, inducing disease, behavioral changes, and even death.
According to some reports on declassified government research projects, some DEW may be capable of altering human behavior by projecting frequencies, even embedded messages, directly into the brain, bypassing the auditory organs -- raising the once fantastic notion of externally administered "mind control."
Such weaponry makes possible the "perfect crime" -- the application of potentially deadly force or long-term physical or mental damage without leaving a trace of traditional forensic evidence.
Imagine how rogue elements in society, from terrorists to ideology-driven totalitarians, could use such weaponry to achieve their goals -- targeting "troublemakers," those deemed a "menace" to society, or their political enemies.
Military and spy satellites may even be capable of beaming directed energy attacks from space to Earth, in much the same manner as GPS navigation systems emanate from such satellites, according to some published reports.
Emergency room personnel already may have been confronted with injuries caused by directed energy weapons without realizing it. A person diagnosed as having had a stroke or an aneurysm could possibly have come into the radiated beam path of such weaponry -- either inadvertently, or as a target.
GOVERNMENT AGENCIES USING 'DEW' AGAINST CIVILIANS?
Some victims of so-called organized "gang stalking" and "community stalking" alleged to be supported by government-funded volunteer programs maintain they have been subject to physiological harm that they attribute to assault with directed energy weapons. Victims, they say, may never learn the true cause of their physical or psychological maladies, accepting the word of "experts" that their maladies arose due to other causes, such as the effect of medications, or exposure to toxins, chemicals, or medical procedures.
One group, Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance, is calling upon Congress to investigate DEW, electronic harassment, and organized gang/community stalking, which victims regard as state-assisted domestic terrorism.
As of now, there are few if any laws or ordinances which specifically regulate the manufacture, distribution and deployment of directed energy weaponry, although it's likely that laws concerning the use of "lethal" or "deadly" weapons would apply.
The Army recently publicized the development and impending deployment in Iraq of the euphemistically-named "Active Denial System" -- a truck-mounted microwave weapon intended to repel an aggressive mob with stinging, burning sensations to the skin, supposedly without inflicting physical damage (provided, the military said, that system operators apply the the correct limits of dosage and exposure).
But some weapons analysts have said that while officials are loathe to discuss it, the same capabilities have been miniaturized in the form of powerful hand-held weaponry -- the ray gun come to real life.
THE TARGET MAY NEVER EVEN KNOW IT: FBI
While each weapons system differs in capability and range, official literature from authoritative sources such as the FBI indicates that DEW are capable of inflicting serious physical harm, not just to the eyes but to the brain and other internal organs -- without leaving the telltale evidence associated with gunshot wounds. According to the FBI report, physical damage "can be taking place without the target even knowing that it is happening."
The FBI report focuses on the potential for mischief and misuse should these DEW fall into the hands of terrorists or criminals. It warns that even ubiquitous laser pointers could be used to disrupt aviation and to influence the outcome of athletic competition, presumably from pro sporting events to horse racing. But the report also cautions that law enforcement, military and intelligence personnel must recognize how DEW differs from traditional weaponry, and to adapt their policies accordingly.
States the report, in bureaucratic verbiage:
"Laser weapons and devices will have an immense impact on future policing activities, especially in the coming decades when they mature as systems and eventually move along the continuum from exotic to what will be considered more conventional weapons."
Translation: Law enforcers, intelligence agents and the military could be the targets of DEW themselves, and must take protective measures in the field. But as DEW become standard issue, they also must recognize the impact of DEW use -- and potential misuse -- on all human beings who may be subject to their power and authority.

Thanks for trying to get the word out! I am not, at least to my knowledge, a victim of this type of weaponry. However, I have been a target of organized stalking for 2 and 1/2 years. I do believe these weapons are being used against unconsenting subjects and this needs to stop immediately! Thanks for helping bring light to this unbelievable crime against humanity.

Thanks for the link. I hadn't seen that one. But upon reading it, the narrative sounded quite similar to an experience I had. I haven't written details of my experiences, because my immediate goal is to get the Justice Department and the FBI to force the immediate end to these barbaric and genocidal assaults.
Since writing the two stories I have posted, the heat has been turned up. Literally. This is torture, pure and simple, and it must cease immediately. I have seen vehicles with parking stickers from various agencies in my immediate vicinity. This is a multi-agency program; various powerful agencies. To call it "gang stalking" trivializes what is happening. They're just the "street muscle." The script they are following is straight from pre-war Nazi Germany. I said in an earlier note that "atrocities" were being committed in the Philadelphia suburbs. Since the "rheostat" has been turned up on me, I will again repeat the assertion: this is torture.
My semi-recovery from the stultifying effects of this only happened after I went to the FBI. They saved me. It took a couple of visits before I noticed some relenting in the intensity. So obviously, there is awareness of what is happening. Now that I have gone ultra-public, it's getting very bad again. I implore the FBI to please intervene to stop these inhumane acts.
It must stop. Immediately. This is torture in the American suburbs. The powers doing this want me to know that they can exercise total control over me, to the point where my communications are disrupted. I get few phone calls, other than "bill collectors" who don't sound like typical CSRs. I must assume that some people who have tried to contact me are not getting through. For someone with 4,500 page views, who published his email address, my email has been reduced to a trickle. I am being cut off, isolated. My colleagues in major media, the few I've talked to, sound like some people in high places must have slandered me good; from my years in the business, I have very good radar. I can smell the blacklist.
Sad thing is, I can't interview "other victims" because the way I'm being controlled and surveilled, anyone able to get through electronically by definition is someone they want to get through. That's why I've tried to meet with people in person, which in an electronically linked world is weird to most people. There's a good reason; but they can't believe this can happen in America.
As I've said here before, it can, and it is. As I've stated, I have little more to lose. This is torture in America. I have told the FBI that atrocities are being committed. I recognize the seriousness of the statement. I think they believe me, despite what they might have to say publicly, or to the media. The FBI is the only major security agency left that reports directly to the Justice Dept. There is now a nationwide militia network that's usurping local police, and I fear that the FBI can't get a handle on this.
I haven't yet written about my experiences because the entities doing this have the power to alter my posts. They could fabricate anything. This is their way to prevent me from talking, by destroying my credibility through slander, and by altering words and inserting typos, thus casting a shadow over anything I write. But I write this despite that, in the hopes that there is an least one journalist with a megaphone who will relate what is happening before this contagion spreads any further. As I've written, whole families are being destroyed, and their financial resources drained. But the immediate goal must be to raise enough awareness to make put the issue of "American torture" before the public and lawmakers before more damage is done. The risk is that there will be an attempt to marginalize me. But as that article attests, too much has come out for that to happen.
If anyone out there knows John Miller, deputy director of the FBI and former ABC newsman, I'd like to meet with him personally before our democracy becomes more of a chimera than it already is. Please help me communicate, because I can't rely on electronic communications. At least with posts like this, I can look to make sure my message is basically intact (unless they take down my message).

I know what it is like to have your name slandered and the work you love dry up. I was a social worker and subsequently black listed after I took on a case of respite care from the Alberta Child Welfare Dept in Edmonton Alberta. The young girl I took care of was ritually abused and had multiple personalities. From the moment I took on this case I was stalked and harassed and within 6 months I left the city of Edmonton and moved to Nanaimo BC. This was almost 17 years ago and the crap has never stopped.
For the past 2 years I have been a local activist for the exposure of Organized Stalking and Harassment and my activism has paid off. I was fed up with the stalkers running me off the road at high speeds and after their third attempt in less than 2 months I stood up and said "I am not going to take this anymore". I went to my local stationary story and bought vinyl letters and began to put permanent signs on my car with a link to the CATCH web site . I drove with these signs for about a year and then I discovered white poster paint. I removed all the vinyl lettered signs on my car and began to write temporary signs on my car with white poster paint. I change the signs regularly and many of the signs were directed at my perps. Because of my signs I have found 12 other targets in this area and I know of many other targets accross Canada.
For those who are brave enough to put signs on your car about this, poster paint washes off with just a rag and water. I live in a wet part of the world and I found that normal rain will NOT make the paint bleed. Also there is no damage to my paint or the windows. Sometimes I have to remove my signs because of my job, but come the weekend the signs are back on and I love to watch the perps squirm when they read them.
More targets need to stand up and do the same in any way that you can. The only way to stop this is to speak out. Knowledge is power so be knowledgeable about the topic before you speak. Search the internet, read stories and join a forum so that you can gain valuable knowledge about this and the perpetrators of the crime.
Here in Nanaimo, we have a good alternate radio called CHLY radio. November 2007 was our first appearance and then we were pleased that we were invited back in May 2008 to talk about Organized Stalking and directed energy weapons. Thank you CHLY radio.

I too was very happy to see this article. The more honest press we get the better, I think. I would be glad to keep in touch on this issue. I know someone who has a friend who was FBI, but I think unless you are very sure you can trust the person, it can be disadventageous to contact that agency.
It is so frustrating not to have someone in a position of power who can actually do something about this issue. I know some of the e-mails I have sent have not been recieved, so I sympathize with you on that point.
I can't help but feel hopeful, though, that someone will get to the right person and this torture and harrassment will end.

All I know is that I was nearly incapacitated and the DEW attacks did not decrease in severity until I went to the FBI on repeated visits. The attacks still have not stopped -- one happened just a few minutes ago as I write this -- but I have to ascribe some "cause and effect" to the visits. At the very least, my experience indicates to me that there is knowledge of this torture at the FBI... and perhaps there is a pitched battle within the bureau, and among other agencies involved in these "programs", over the methodologies being employed in the field.
Since critical mass has been achieved (too many people know what's going on for this domestic torture to continue unabated), perhaps the FBI will save the Republic once again, as the bureau did in Watergate. It does appear that elements of the bureau are involved in this... but of all the agencies involved, I think there's a greater likelihood that the FBI has the capacity to reform itself from within. As for other agencies that have promoted the use of directed energy weapons on civilians... I'm not so sure.

Thanks for the link. I hadn't seen that one. But upon reading it, the narrative sounded quite familiar to an experience I had. I haven't written the detail of my experiences, because my immediate goal is to get the Justice Department and the FBI to force the immediate end to these barbaric and genocidal assaults. Since writing the two stories I have posted, the heat has been turned up. Literally. This is torture, pure and simple, and it must cease immediately. I have seen vehicles with parking stickers from various federal agencies in my immediate vicinity. This is a multi-agency program. Not just Army, but various other powerful and secretive agencies. To call it "gang stalking" trivializes what is happening. The script they are following is straight from pre-war Nazi Germany. I said in an earlier note that "atrocities" were being committed in the Philadelphia suburbs. Since the "rheostat" has been turned up, I will again repeat the assertion. My semi-recovery from the stultifying effects of this only happened after I went to the FBI. It took a couple of visits before I noticed some relenting in the intensity. So obviously, there is awareness of what is happening. Now that I have gone ultra-public, it's getting very bad again.
It must stop. Immediately. This is torture in the American suburbs. Words and phrases in my article are constantly being altered, typos and similies inserted, etc. I am carefully monitoring this; the meaning hasn't been changed. But the powers doing this want me to know that they can exercise total control over me, to the point where my communications are disrupted. I get few phone calls, other than "bill collectors" who don't sound like typical CSRs. I must assume that some people who have tried to contact me are not getting through. For someone with 4500 page views, who published his email address, my email has been reduced to a trickle, and few phone calls, none from the many journalists who know me personally. I am being cut off, isolated. My colleagues in major media, the few I've talked to in person, sound like some people in high places must have slandered me good and put pressure on them to take a pass; from my years in the business, I have very good radar. I can smell the blacklist.
Sad thing is, I can't interview "other victims" because the way I'm being controlled and surveilled, anyone able to get through electronically by definition is someone they want to get through. Disinformation. That's why I've tried to meet with people in person, which in an electronically linked world is weird to most people. There's a good reason; but they can't believe this can happen in America. As I've said here before, it can, and it is. Your mainstream media is busy doing the easy stuff while I'm doing a full hang out here. as I've stated, I have nothing less to lose. This is torture, dear readers, in America. I have told the FBI that atrocities are being committed. I think they believe me, despite what they might have to say to inquiring media. The FBI is the only major security agency left that reports directly to the Justice Dept. The is a nationwide militia network that's usurping local police, and I fear that the FBI can't get a handle on this. The FBI, whether involved directly or not, is the reason I am still alive. I know that is true. Now the assault is intensifying again. And I am all alone. Literally. No need to try to hide it because my every keystroke, my every utterance, is being monitored. I have some theories as to why I've been targeted, a reason I would be a target for silencing (clue: I was an investigative reporter, and not one to take the PR line). But one thing is clear to me from the Wired article: I am one of the guinea pigs. And it's torture.
I haven't yet written about my experiences because the entities doing this have the power to alter my posts. They could fabricate anything. I may do so anyway. This is their way to prevent me from talking, by destroying my credibility through slander, and by altering words and inserting typos, thus casting a shadow over anything I write. But I write this in the hopes that there is an least one journalist with a megaphone who will relate what is happening before this contagion spreads any further. As I've written, whole families are being destroyed, and their financial resources drained. But the immediate goal must be to raise enough awareness to make put the issue of "American torture" before the public and lawmakers before more damage is done. The risk is that there will be an attempt to marginalize me. But as that article attests too much has come out for that to happen.
If anyone out there knows John Miller, deputy director of the FBI and former ABC newsman, I'd like to meet with him personally before our democracy becomes more of a chimera than it already is. The FBI saved my life before; but will they do it again?
Please help me communicate, because I can't rely on electronic communications. At least with posts like this, I can look to make sure my message is basically intact.
Again, if they had backed off the extreme measures, I probably wouldn't be so open. But now, I am reaching out as publicly as I can, because it is getting intolerable again. When this happened before, I lost my ability to write and it was difficult to even speak. I won't let that happen again. It's live free or die; and I choose to fight this, not just for me but for countless other victims who can't express themselves due to their situations. Please help me reach out, dear readers. I feel like Solzhenytzn in the Gulag. Only a public campaign from good people "on the outside" of my government-imposed gulag can save me and my family. If I sound overly dramatic, I am sorry, but I have no other choice but to fight on as best I can, and to appeal for as much help as I can from good people who are here.

(I'm working on a seven-year-old antique laptop because my newer computers aren't working reliably enough to do even this basic work. And to think I used to do much of video editing for my TV show... My career has been decimated. Maybe I can help preserve our democracy and live on, too. That is my goal.

Read the article. Very revealing, symptoms alarmingly similar. Didn't mention "electromagnetic" radiation in the piece, but there are so many types of dangerous radiation it's hard to keep up with what's in use. Thanks again. Would like to hear your story; I can usually gauge if an account is sincere or if it's disinformation. Thanks.

Well written, thank you. Directed Energy Weapons are used at the moment by our national secret services to murder and steal. These new weapons have become very advanced the last decade, they can cook and burn through walls at distances up to hundreds of meters from devices mounted in houses and cars. But also zap you from easily hidden small devices carried in handbags or shopping bags. DEW are part of electronic weapons that include mind reading equipment (sub-vocal is quite easy) and equipment to put voices into your head.
Our facist Western governments cannot use bombs against their population but now have the perfect weapons of control, silent and leaving no evidence.
Probably the most horrible consequence of these weapons is that you can NOT protect yourself, your children, your loved ones anymore. You can no longer say: stay in this room, you are safe here. Attackers simply look and cook and burn through walls. Police cannot protect you, security services cannot protect you. That is why these electronic weapons must be banned!

I had trouble posting this to you and I kept getting a message that someone registered already had the same name as me and account. Interesting. Anyways, I wanted to make sure you saw this so I will post it here as well as on your third article.
This is Debbie from Nanaimo BC, Canada. Last Thursday an article made the front page of our local newspaper and it is about a man who has filed a suit for 2 Billion dollars with claims that many organizations are involved in the attacks to his body. The story does seem to make a mockery of him but it did make front page which surprised me. I responded to your message on my other article "comments" pages. Yes, I am getting the same message when I try to edit my stories, that "another user" already is logged on, or already has made changes and that "any further changes will not be saved."
I don't know if the Canada.com site that's coming up on my connection is the real site or a "spoof" site. Something about the site's design and the article itself raises some flags in someone who's been around media for many years. The story just isn't written in the manner of a pro journalist, and the layout looks amateurish for a national site. Turn on the "Spoof Alert."
In any event, I had some more to say in those other posts. Since my work seems to attract paid disinformation specialists, it is hard to separate the genuine from the agitprop. I can tell the difference most times; but maybe, not always.
The net effect is to cast doubt on anything that's read or posted. That is their goal; while my posts retain the original meaning, I have noticed some subtle wording changes. So I am monitoring to ensure the original meaning is not altered.
The fact that this tampering is patently illegal and a violation of various domestic laws as well as international treaties does not seem to deter those responsible. These people believe they are above the law, and have been getting away with their disregard for the Constitution. But I retain hope that the "good people are the inside" are taking steps to curb their decidedly "un-American" activity.
As for the mainstream media, so far they are AWOL. That could be because my communications have been disrupted. Or it could be because they've been intimidated, lied to, or simply because they prefer to do the easy stories that don't make "official" waves.

I responded to an earlier post you had made. Twenty years... judging from what I have experienced, I would think you'd have been long gone by now.
Since many of the posts to my articles exhibit hints of disinformation, it is difficult to judge the credibility of the responses. The story I know in detail is mine, just as you say you know what has been done to you. I will tell you that in my case, the assaults have NOT been been limited to radiation-emitting instruments. Our food and water have tasted foul for prolonged periods, and I believe that may have led to long-term damage. Also, I believe strongly that agents of ill will have infiltrated doctor's offices and hospitals and that I have been adversely affected as a result. I fear that family members have been similarly affected.
This is not just torture; it is slow genocide of those who have been subject to these cruel, inhumane actions, some of it the work of extremists and criminals who have achieved "cover" as members of volunteer groups, some government-funded.
Only a Congressional investigation -- or a groundswell by the "good people on the inside" -- could begin to get to the bottom of this, because it's long-standing, widespread, and those who dare to expose the reality of this situation risk being silenced by the application of extreme measures.
I fear for the safety of my family and for my own safety as well. I am not receiving many email and I believe what I am receiving is in the form of "directed" messages. I have yet to receive more than a couple of recent email from people I know personally -- and I find it hard to believe that none of my past associates has seen these posts.
So again, those of you who know me personally -- including my former colleagues in the media -- please try to email me at scrivener50@verizon.net. I will then try to confirm your message by other than internet-based communications.
Also, I have tried by various means to contact my congressman, Patrick Murphy. I have not been able to get through. If anyone reading this could forward a message to the Congressman, I would appreciate it.

I have experienced much the same as the posters of this blog except I know the police know what is happening and the fact of some of the electronic weapons are not covered. But other than that these accounts are very accurate, especially the poisoning and drugging.

Interesting that the stalking activity subsided somewhat in the wake of a visit to the county seat.
Now it's picking up again. And the DEW assaults continue to degrade my health and vision.
I repeat for anyone in Washington who is listening: THIS IS TORTURE. PLEASE INTERVENE.
This is as bad a crime against humanity as you'll find, only they are killing and inducing illness with RADIATION weapons ("directed energy" sounds too benign), so there's not the blood of Darfur.
You tell the victims the difference.
The site you pulled the link from touts the notion that this is the work of a "criminal" element. That is true on the "street", but some of the "criminals" may be in the wrong places. Only public awareness on the NATIONAL level can cure this neo-fascism. Our food and water has been tainted, as I mentioned, our indoor air has been "polluted", our car entered and tampered with, and the DEW attacks continue.
While I can post, it is not without difficulty. My newer computers were disabled, and this old "clamshell" is subject to slowdowns and inoperative functions that make even the simplest project a chore. But that pales in comparison to the constant torture.
Just look at the sadistic posts here; the good people on the inside saved me from what was incapacitation... but I can't get the care I need because these evil people are everywhere I go, whether it's to a store or to a hospital or doctor. PLEASE... I can't get through to anyone... please help get the national ACLU involved. Please contact FBI Deputy Director John Miller and ask him to read my posts and to do what he can, because Americans are being tortured -- entire families. The rule of law has broken down and the general public has no idea how bad it is -- and that it's likely happening in THEIR neighborhood, too. Have we gotten to the point of believing that if it hasn't happened to me, it doesn't happen? I have given an accurate account here; please help those of us who are being victimized and our communications circumscribed and censored. This is getting out because they think no one is believing this. Please help prove them wrong. The FBI saved the nation once before from the excesses and abuses of power. THE FBI MUST SAVE THE RULE OF LAW AGAIN. Please help us. I speak for untold thousands of other Americans who may be as incapacitated as I was for four long years.

The temptation to call the FBI at first has appeal. But, I usually take a second breath before placing that call. Consider the problem that the FBI has with regard to the sorting out of "who is who" and "what is what".
They have a "chicken and egg" situation that perhaps puts them in a bad position if they falsely accuse another person based upon any random persons (meaning yours or mine) assertions. What they need is proof for "probable cause". We want them to follow the rules in this way! What if the situation were reversed, and we were accused!
If we give them some vague complaint about an unknown transient person, identified only by a license number, or there are no suspects and no accusations against any particular identifiable person, they are unlikely to act. Probably for a very good reason, because they get calls from cranks all of the time.
I once did call the FBI, because a person who was gang-stalking me made threats to me (in private, no witnesses). No witnesses is a big problem for the FBI. They interviewed the guy, and of course he denied everything. It became a "his word against my word" sort of thing, and basically everybody had to back down.
Unfortunately, organized fascist-backed stalkers in this country have figured out how to make these kinds of details play to their advantage, every time. The only witnesses are other stalkers, one hundred percent of the time.
So, I don't call the FBI anymore. If I did, I would soon be found on one of their "crank", "don't bother with this one" lists.
They need those kinds of lists, because I'm sure they could never get anything done without them.
So I'd love to call them, and relay the message for you, but I think we would both just end up on the "crank" list. It's not a pleasant thing, but I think that we will all have to fine tune our own methodologies for fighting this fascist-beast-stalking thing. Maybe there is something we can do as a group, except that with our geographical separation, I'm not sure what that "something" is.
By the way, you asked for a "test" email and so I sent one. Hopefully it got through to you. If not, then I guess your suspicions about tampering are true.

Former Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis wrote in 1928, the framers of the Constitution sought "to protect Americans in their beliefs, their thoughts, their emotions, and their sensations." It is for this reason that they established, as against the government, the right to be let alone as "the most comprehensive of rights and the right most valued by civilized men.
Millions of people across this country and the globe are being targeted in various ways by a growing number of covert harassment groups. Citizens are being watched, tracked, monitored and tortured; their private lives invaded, ruined, and many kept in virtual isolation from friends and family.
FREEDOM FROM COVERT HARASSMENT AND SURVEILLANCE (FFCHS) was formed to address these atrocities and seek justice for those who are victims of harassment group activities which stem from corrupt elements of the US military intelligence and the US investigative agencies, certain defense contractors, corporations, as well as individuals and teams of private citizens.
The CIA MKULTRA hearings which were held in the 70's revealed the existence of secret mind control experimentation programs being conducted by the government. After the hearings, the CIA officially abandoned these programs. However, many are reporting a variety of effects and abuses consistent with the findings of the Church Committee investigation regarding the privacy abuses conducted by the CIA, FBI, and NSA at that time. And nowadays, because of the secrecy and lack of congressional oversight during the intervening decades, the research and development of mind control and surveillance technology have advanced far beyond what most Americans would imagine.

You notice consistently rude behavior from people you don't know for no apparent reason.
You hear excerpts from conversations you had in the privacy of your home coming from people around you.

Your relationships and friendships all become distant or strained for no apparent reason.
You have problems on the job where groups of people are plotting to have you terminated.
Your business deals consistently fall through for no apparent reason.
You experience vandalism on a regular basis.
You notice that your things are not in the same place you left them when you left home or some small items may be missing.
You experience frequent car repairs.
You experience frequent appliance or electronic malfunctions.
You may be a victim of electronic harassment if:

You experience burning sensations on your skin or internal organs.
You feel pin pricks on various parts of your body.
You feel some type of energy moving inside your body.
You experience extreme head pains.
You feel drop-in-your-tracks fatigue on a regular basis.

You experience uncontrolled-by-you movements of limbs or other body parts.
You hear the voices of other people inside your mind with no other signs of mental illness

It is for this reason that they established, as against the government, the right to be let alone as "the most comprehensive of rights and the right most valued by civilized men.
Millions of people across this country and the globe are being targeted in various ways by a growing number of covert harassment groups. Citizens are being watched, tracked, monitored and tortured; their private lives invaded, ruined, and many kept in virtual isolation from friends and family.
FREEDOM FROM COVERT HARASSMENT AND SURVEILLANCE (FFCHS) was formed to address these atrocities and seek justice for those who are victims of harassment group activities which stem from corrupt elements of the US military intelligence and the US investigative agencies, certain defense contractors, corporations, as well as individuals and teams of private citizens.
The CIA MKULTRA hearings which were held in the 70's revealed the existence of secret mind control experimentation programs being conducted by the government. After the hearings, the CIA officially abandoned these programs. However, many are reporting a variety of effects and abuses consistent with the findings of the Church Committee investigation regarding the privacy abuses conducted by the CIA, FBI, and NSA at that time. And nowadays, because of the secrecy and lack of congressional oversight during the intervening decades, the research and development of mind control and surveillance technology have advanced far beyond what most Americans would imagine.

You sense you are being watched and followed everywhere you go.
You notice consistently rude behavior from people you don't know for no apparent reason.
You hear excerpts from conversations you had in the privacy of your home coming from people around you.

Your relationships and friendships all become distant or strained for no apparent reason.
You have problems on the job where groups of people are plotting to have you terminated.
Your business deals consistently fall through for no apparent reason.
You experience vandalism on a regular basis.
You notice that your things are not in the same place you left them when you left home or some small items may be missing.
You experience frequent car repairs.
You experience frequent appliance or electronic malfunctions.
You may be a victim of electronic harassment if:

You experience burning sensations on your skin or internal organs.
You feel pin pricks on various parts of your body.
You feel some type of energy moving inside your body.
You experience extreme head pains.
You feel drop-in-your-tracks fatigue on a regular basis.
You continually have difficulty sleeping.

You experience uncontrolled-by-you movements of limbs or other body parts.
You hear the voices of other people inside your mind with no other signs of mental illness

About Us
FFCHS is a conference call group that began February 26, 2005. We presently have members in the United States, Canada, Western Europe, South America, India, China, and Australia.
We are advocates of social change through peaceful means only. We do not now nor will we ever condone any type of violence in our struggle for freedom.
We meet at conference calls throughout the week for purposes of support, networking, and advocacy. Times and call-in information are listed on the "Conference Calls and Contacts" page at this site. It is our goal to bring awareness to local and state officials, Congress, the media, and the general public of harassment group activities, mostly consisting of organized stalking and electromagnetic torture, so that laws will be passed and other measures taken to free those entrapped in what is known to us as "the secret holocaust."
Mission Statement
Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance (FFCHS) is a human rights organization that is established to identify and network with victims of crime; to educate society about public safety issues; to advocate for the protection of American citizens from criminal elements. FFCHS will endeavor to provide supportive services and promote self-help avenues to American citizens who are victims of poverty, unemployment, homelessness and various crimes, including domestic violence, vandalism, and organized stalking. We will also be networking nationwide with other public benefit and charitable organizations, as well as health and community development agencies at city, state and federal levels. The ultimate goal of FFCHS is to diligently promote the care and well-being for victims of stalking crimes who have few resources or avenues for a safe environment.
